Hi, my name is Chad Ashton and I specialize in digitizing analog videotapes.

SPECIALTIES
I convert/transfer different types of analog tapes into digital mp4 files, which can easily be shared or edited. I can convert/transfer VHS, VHS-c, hi8, digital8, video8, MiniDV, dvcam, HDV, Betacam, Umatic 3/4 inch, Betamax, Super VHS, 8mm & Super 8mm film, Pal VHS, Pal video8, and Secam. The files can easily fit onto a thumb/flash drive, which can be played on a Pc, Mac, or Smart Tv. I also scan/digitize 35mm slides into High Res jpeg files.
History
I graduated from Cal State Fullerton with a degree in film and television. I have been in business for over 15 years filming and editing weddings and other video and editing projects. I have also worked for Angels baseball creating video content for the players and coaches. In 2020, I started focusing on digitizing/transferring videos in the city of Orange.
